By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 5jlvip10 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and support services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

5jlvip10 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 5jlvip10 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 5jlvip10 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 5jlvip10 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

5jlvip10 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your credentials with any third party. The platform cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

5jlvip10 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 5jlvip10 does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 5jlvip10 account.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• 5jlvip10 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal it deems necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming wallet and wagered.

5jlvip10 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account.
• 5jlvip10 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5jlvip10 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Allowing any third party to use your 5jlvip10 account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
